Certified Hardware for trixbox

trixbox Technical Support subscriptions are available at two levels: for Software running on Platinum Certified Hardware, and for Software running on Gold Certified Hardware. For Software running on Uncertified Hardware that meets the minimum performance requirements, only Hourly Support Agreements are offered.

Why the difference, and why do Support Agreements for Gold Certified Hardware cost more? Well, because we have spent time qualifying and benchmarking hardware performance and compatibility with the trixbox Pro environment in actual use, and in that process, we have collected much more data and tuning information on Platinum Certified Hardware components, hence it costs us less to troubleshoot and support these components, and we pass those savings along.
